From our very first interaction with Kathryn Weber, we knew there was something incredibly special about her.
We initially connected with Kathryn through Zillow when we requested information about a property. Before she even called me, she had taken the time to research the home, and while I was driving to meet another realtor for the showing, she walked me through important details about the septic system, flood insurance, and other things we needed to know to make an informed decision. When we arrived, the realtor showing us the property essentially just read the listing back to us. In fact, because of the information Kathryn had already given me, he ended up calling the listing agent to get answers to questions Kathryn had already researched for us.
When we left, that realtor asked us to sign a buyer’s agreement with him. I remember telling Bryan, “I learned more from Kathryn in ten minutes than I did during this entire showing.” It was an easy decision—we wanted Kathryn representing us.
And that first experience turned out to be exactly who Kathryn is.
Within days, she was helping us sell Bryan’s home and had shown us six houses. Within 48 hours, we had found a home, submitted an offer, and had it accepted. When circumstances outside of anyone’s control caused both of those initial transactions to fall apart, Kathryn immediately shifted gears and helped us navigate what came next. She kept everything moving, helped us secure our alternative home, and developed a strategy for listing Bryan’s house that resulted in multiple offers and ultimately got us the price we wanted.
But what stands out just as much as Kathryn’s knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism is the person she is. She was sweet, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about us throughout the entire process. She held our hands when we needed it, brought us back to reality when we needed that too, and somehow made an incredibly stressful process feel manageable.
Kathryn started this journey as our realtor, but by the end, she had become someone we greet with a hug instead of a handshake. We truly could not have asked for a better person to guide us through such an important chapter of our lives, and we would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in the people she represents.
