We chose Jillian to help us find a house to downsize into. We met her about 10 houses into a series of open houses we went to on our own. She immediately stood out from all the other agents we'd met in terms of knowledge and personality. Our initial assessment was correct, and she helped us find a near-perfect house, figuring out what we were looking for really quickly. Selling our house was a bit tricky, as a competing bid situation turned into a no bid situation due to a flaky buyer. Undiscouraged, she found us a new buyer pretty quickly.
