I met Heather Schwartz when looking at an open house with a friend. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and sent me nearby home and condo listings as I was considering a home with less yard and snow maintenance. Little did I know I would actually need a realtor very soon, since I learned my daughter and husband, living in Kansas, were expecting a baby girl. I decided to move to Kansas. Heather listed my recently built Louisville home and went above and beyond in helping me clean up the house for showing. She’s strong and energetic and was moving furniture and boxes (I have a LOT of stuff). Heather coached me through open houses, which I don’t like, and was always encouraging that the house would sell. It did sell in a month, which was good in the market. Selling was during difficult time with many builder spec homes listed following the Marshall Fire.
