Karina Woodward did a wonderful job as my selling agent. She gave feedback on what improvements needed to be made to the home before we put it on the market, gave me a listing of different companies that could help with the improvements, and even helped me make decisions when choosing materials and colors. Her expertise in this area, along with pricing, comps, etc. helped us make a sale in less than 2 months. She is an excellent communicator, is very responsive, and I would highly recommend her.
