He is the perfect balance of experienced enough to seem like an encyclopedia of all things real estate, while still having a fresh, hip perspective to keep us in tune with the industry trends. We've now used him to buy 3 homes and sell 2, but we could've bought/sold ZERO without him!!
Scott is warm, patient, and thoughtful in all of his interactions, but he has the knowledge and experience to get you through any transaction smoothly. He has sold three homes for us and helped us buy three more as we moved our way up the homebuyer market. Sales ranged from $300K to $1.8M, and we never felt like he was out of his depth, instead consistently reassured by our choice.
