Loved Neda she worked extremely hard for us. We had bought a new build and through that process noticed many areas where the builders were not very communicative or timely whereas if we bought a resale house Neda could have taken care of most of the scheduling. Covid delays kept us out of our new home for almost two years but Neda always kept up and harassed the builders for updates. Her knowledge of the area and pricing really came to our advantage as we got a premium lot at a good value on the Folsom ranch development. She’s very practical but knows what holds value she came with us to our design appointment by our request. My last agent who sold my previous house couldnt even set me up a notary so I called Neda. She set me up that day. Really can’t say enough. She came out with busted toes saw at least two dozen houses. Would hire her again and recommend her for sure
