Big Box realty companies like Berkshire Hathaway, Remax, etc. mostly care @ making a sale. In my experience, they don't seem to care if you get a good deal or not. Perhaps there are some that do but for both of my sales & purchases, I have not found this to be the case with Berkshire Hathaway. You really do not need a realtor, but just an attorney to go over documents with you, get you to analyze a purchase or sales decision well. Think the real estate services need an upgrade if they want to gain the full trust and confidence of the consumer.
