The real estate market is full of realtors who are eager to tell you what you need and how they can help you reach that aim. But at the heart of any sales relationship remains the ability for the salesperson to listen and understand what the client’s needs really are. That trait is what will separate Danielle Mohler from other realtors. The journey to our new home was anything but smooth. Not only did we look at dozens of properties and homes, but we lost several bids along the way. Through it all, Danielle was a voice of optimism, advice, and reason. She never tried to tell us what we needed, but she always knew because she listened, and, as a result, she came to know us. She has the perfect balance between pushing the client and giving them the space they need to process and decide on what is one of most important decisions in your life. If you are looking for a realtor, who will put you first and focus on your needs above all, then Danielle is perfect for you. During the process, she came to feel like a member of our family. She was exactly what we needed on the journey to our new home.
We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. From the very beginning, she was absolutely amazing. She was always available, incredibly patient, and never once made me feel like I was wasting her time or asking for too much.
She took us back to properties repeatedly, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and truly took the time to understand our needs. What I appreciated most was that she never asked us to compromise on what was important to us. Instead, she remained optimistic and kept believing that the right property was out there.
She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, even taking the time to contact townships and research answers to questions we had. She was always willing to do whatever was needed to make sure we felt informed and confident in our decisions.
And in the end, we closed on the perfect property — one that literally had everything on our list of needs and so much more. We truly couldn’t have done it without her.
She is genuine, caring, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to her clients. Somewhere along the way, she went from being our realtor to becoming a friend, which says so much about the kind of person she is.
I would recommend her without hesitation and I would choose her over and over again.
Danielle has been nothing but amazing from listing my property and getting it sold was the easiest process I’ve ever went through. Super excited for what is to come!
Danielle went above and beyond for us. This being the 2nd home we’ve bought with her within the last two years she is always friendly and positive in these high stressful situations. Danielle will be our realtor forever and we can’t express how grateful we are for her patience, humor and overall confidence in our situation. Seeing her growth in just 2 years is amazing and we can’t wait for all of her success in the years to come!
My husband and I thought Danielle was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is candid, straightforward, knowledgeable, and lovely. She was extremely helpful beginning to end. We highly recommend her!
We met Danielle at an open house for the property that we ended up buying. She is smart and personable and was not trying to sell us something but rather wanted to help us find what we were looking for. We asked A LOT of questions, and if she didn't know, she got the answer for us. She made the transaction enjoyable and stress-free! I would highly recommend her.
Danielle was very professional and treated us with respect. She took her time and walked us thru the process. She had answers when we had questions. I would highly recommend her.
