David was amazing to work with! He is very knowledgeable of the area and what fair market values should be. He is highly responsive and patient with lists of questions. David is very kind and understanding, especially during the chaotic offer negotiations. He shows up on time and with a smile! We will definitely recommend him!
It was a pleasure working with David. He was responsive to questions at all hours of the day/evening and weekends!! Recall of specifics of all properties we inquired about was outstanding. We have recommend David to one of our friends and they are all ready working with him.
David was an excellent partner in our search for a lot that met our needs. We are looking forward to building a new home near our children. David provided excellent customer service and was always very responsive. I have already recommended him to friends who are planning to make a move.
We worked with David Howe and he was great. I buy a few houses a year and he is probably the most proactive realtor ive had. He kept his hand in the deal from the start and was always on top of everything. He is also very helpful in helping me find new income properties. The hole Berkshire team was great, on top on their game and just fun to work with!
