Brenda assisted my brother and I in selling our deceased mother's prior residence. Doing so is always a difficult and complicated process, but it was made even more challenging as my brother and I live out of state and the house required more than standard repairs to ready it for showing. Brenda had contacts for all work that was required, which was invaluable for us as we have no real local contacts, and assisted us by managing the process locally. Both she and her team worked tirelessly and in our opinion, went above the normal "call of duty" from beginning to end. Ultimately, the sales price turned out to be better than we expected. We rate Brenda's service as excellent and are grateful for her advice and assistance. We wholeheartedly recommend her for other sellers and buyers.
Brenda did an outstanding job selling our home quickly! Following her directions from staging our home through scheduled appointments and an open house, everything went very smoothly.
Brenda's commitment to her job plus her friendly personality makes her an excellent realtor to sell your property.

Brenda is a TOP NOTCH agent who is caring & compassionate about what your needs & wants are & about her role in achieving all your goals. Her & her husband helped us move things around to get the expertise optinal effect for our house to be ready for showings. She is so knowledgeable about the real estate world that she is a real asset to have by your side thru this process...and it is a process. She would often check in with us to see how we are feeling about all that is going on. She gave us advice about so many things we would never had thought about. If anyone needs a wonderful caring agent they can truly trust...Brenda Rutt is your person.
I clicked with Brenda right away and that is a rare thing for me. We talked for a 90 minutes and she explained the process as we signed the contracts. She was attentive and promptly responded to my questions, she hooked me up with other amazing people at Homesale who were equally amazing! The process was very easy and I felt I could trust them with the whole process. Great job from a great team.
Brenda couldn’t have provided any better service for us on the selling of our home. From our first visit with her, thru the open house and final closing she was very professional and made it a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend Brenda Rutt if you’re considering selling your home. Certainly glad she was recommended to us.
