Karl did a great job.

Karl was very easy to work with and also very knowledgeable and helpful in helping my brother and I with purchasing a 13 Unit. Very responsive and I would also like to give a shout out to Sue for the Great work she does behind the scene! This was the first time I worked with Karl but my brother had previously worked with him and really appreciates everything he has done for him. Thanks Karl!!

Karl was a fantastic help for us. We had lived in the house we were selling for 44 years, so we were way out of the loop for knowledge about real estate today. He helped us through all the bumps, and scraps of the process - and was consistently pleasant throughout! Due to covid 19, our whole process was delayed for months. but he patiently and consistently gave us help and advice. The result was happy house sellers and happy house buyers. We are so thankful that we had someone we could trust on our side through it all. Thanks again, Karl.

What a first class professional experience working with Karl Fisher! We live in California and wanted to purchase a multi-unit investment property in Lancaster and were referred to Karl. I am a RE broker in California and have worked in this industry for 30+ years. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Karl as an exceptional realtor to work with; he has great knowledge about his area, rare to find a realtor who specializes in and knows all the unique intracacies to look for in multi-family units. We ended up purchasing two multi-unit properties thru Karl, he represented our interests with integrity and honesty and would most definitely use him again if we choose to purchase another property in this area. Thanks Karl for the privilege of working with you.

Karl Fisher was my initial contact and he was absolutely wonderful , with his knowledge of the local area, and introducing me to all the necessary people to make my purchases go through so smoothly while I was traveling. I was not even present for the closing but I cannot say enough about how smoothly everything went. Sue and her associates walked me through every step of the way and they handled all the paperwork seamlessly , even to the point of having a notary come to me in North Carolina to sign the final documents. There really is no challenge they cannot handle smoothly and efficiently. I just can't say enough.

I needed to sell a property while living in a foreign country with limited internet and communication. Karl did an exceptional job of appraising, listing and selling within a very limited time. Settlement was done from a distance as well. highest remarks for integrity and effectiveness.
