Rosh is an incredible agent! He was so helpful in every step of the home buying process. He’s previously helped me rent a condo and 2 years later, I reached back out to help with my home purchase. He’s incredible patient, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I’m thankful for his expertise and I’m incredibly happy with the home I’ve purchased.
Roshanth is excellent! Very thorough with the whole home buying process and he took care of all of minor and important things for me! He listened to me and what I wanted and made sure that I found a home that met all of my expectations and more! I would highly recommend him to everyone!
Roshanth was fantastic to work with, understood our requirements/ needs and spoke on our behalf , since we were remote he also facilitated virtual tours. Roshanth also helped us understand how things work in Ontario for utilities/ agreements which was super helpful. 10/10 for Roshanth
