We had the pleasure to work with Charlton Larkins, at Berkshire Hathaway, in pursuit of our new home. We recently relocated to North Carolina from New Jersey, and Charlton not only assisted in helping us find our dream home, but he also provided valuable information on the surrounding area. Charlton was incredibly accommodating and considerate of our schedules, learned our preferences quickly and was always searching on our behalf. In addition to our home search, Charlton was very knowledgeable in other areas that helped us make our decision to buy. Charlton is a true professional, not only in his presence, but in our interactions. I am grateful to him and his team for helping us during this amazing journey. I would highly recommend his services and we will consider this team for any future needs. Thank you BH Team and Charlton!
