Paul was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and full of great ideas. He knew the different areas well, suggesting a variety of options and listened to our want and need list. Paul made it clear that he was on our team and was here for us and not the sellers. When I buy again, I’ll be calling Paul.

Paul was tremendous in negotiating the best deal possible. Paul got us money off the list price, cash towards closing, a rate buydown, and appliances as part of our deal. I highly recommend having Paul in your corner!

I can not say enough about the way Paul handled our land search. We are relocating from Maryland and we got connected to him online and what a find! He was so informative, went to lots and would FaceTime us when we couldn’t make it down to see them in person. We made arrangements one weekend and he had many lots for us to see and we were fortunate enough to find one we loved before the weekend was over. He was able to answer all of our questions and always answered the phone and was very prompt to answer text messages. We love our new lot and can’t wait to build our retirement home. Thank you Paul

Paul did a great job helping us find our house. He was very patient and intent on helping us find a house that checked off all of our boxes. He has a very good response time and is very flexible with our schedules. There was even an instance where we wanted to look at a house because we were in the area but he was out of town for the weekend. He reached out to a colleague to show us the listing as his proxy. He definitely went above and beyond!

Paul took the time for me and showed me properties specific to what I was looking for. He kept in contact with me on a daily basis with updates. He was pleasant to work with. I would consider Paul head and shoulders above other realtors I've worked with. He always had your best interest at heart. I was highly satisfied!
