Great service and trustable people

Jeff Roberts is outstanding -- as a realtor and as a human being! He is professional, courteous, and most of all he is trustworthy. He was steady in stressful times and in times of ease. I can not think of another realtor that could deliver the best experience on both side of the deal!

Jeff Roberts was outstanding. He was personable, professional and responsive in all areas. Additionally he was always on time whether it be virtually or in person. His support was second to none and we wont hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

I am incredibly pleased with the service I received from Jeff Roberts for the sale of my mother’s condominium. I was referred to Jeff by a close acquaintance of his, who was very familiar with Jeff’s real estate expertise. I am grateful for this referral because it made my real estate sale experience a very good one. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process to the closing, Jeff was professional, patient and always exhibiting a positive attitude. I felt extremely confident in his profound understanding of the local market. On top of Jeff’s excellent realtor performance, he put me in contact with an excellent attorney who handled all the legal matters. Without a doubt, I really felt like I had the best team possible working for me. Beyond his expertise and professionalism, Jeff was amicable and kind throughout the entire process. He generously went above and beyond what you’d expect from a realtor. He assisted me with finding a cleaning service to get the condo ready for listing. Additionally, Jeff was kind enough to help with the some of the logistics to have the contents packed and moved. I am immensely in his debt for all these reasons. Bottom line is that I cannot say enough good things about him. I would not hesitate to use Jeff’s realty services again or recommend him.

“The best realtor, bar none. Jeff listed and marketed our home to perfection and was able to find the right buyers and get us top dollar in very short time.”

“Integrity, personable, knowledgable. Those are the key reasons I refer Jeff Roberts to friends and colleagues who are looking to buy or sell real estate. Buying or selling a house or land for use (or investment) is one of the (if not THE MOST) important decisions a person can make. Having a trusted, knowledgeable advisor helping make that decision eases angst and helps avoid mistakes. Having Jeff serve as that advisor is the easiest advice I can give.”

“I have used Jeff Roberts services twice to rent my apartment. I find that Jeff has a thorough understanding of the rental market in Stamford. Jeff also has a great followup. He always reminds me 3 months before the lease is due for renewal.”

“Jeff Roberts is an incredible real estate agent. He made it easy to find the right place for me. He uses a combination of techniques to help narrow the search for the right place efficiently and effectively. He gave good advice when evaluating properties. He clearly knows the market very well and has a good strategy for negotiating the sale and purchase prices. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a property in lower Fairfield County.”
