Julie has helped our family with a couple of very important real estate decisions over the years. She helped my wife and me find and buy the land where we built our home, and she later helped my in-laws sell their home as they were getting older and ready for a change. We appreciated that Julie was always honest, easy to reach, and good at explaining things without making them more complicated than they needed to be. She was thoughtful about the details, gave us good advice, and helped us feel comfortable with each decision. We have trusted her with our family, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Athens area.

Sarah and her team went above and beyond expectations. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire buying process and available at all times of the day. There wasn't an answer she couldn't track down. Her experience in the industry was apparent the entire way through, knowing what to worry about and what not to worry about. She did a great job negotiating through our purchase, again bringing experience and knowledge of what was worth asking and what wasn't. We would highly recommend Sarah and her team for any real estate needs in the Athens area!

It is my pleasure to recommend Sarah Ellis unconditionally. Sarah is a consummate professional. She is completely and subtly responsive to individual client wishes and needs. Sarah is impassioned by her work and was entirely devoted to finding the Goldilocks home for me at a geographic distance. When I altered my search so she was not as familiar with a locale geographically removed from that she services, she quickly connected me with a talented Corcoran colleague. Sarah continued to oversee and closely collaborate in the identification and purchase of my perfect home. Even now, months later, she is actively involved in ensuring all is well as I very happily feather my nest.

Sarah seamlessly stepped into the role, going above and beyond to guide me through every aspect of the journey. Our family loved working with Sarah to buy our first home. Sarah listened carefully to our needs and requirements and found us a great fit! She was also so accommodating of our work schedules, travel schedules, and family medical emergencies during our home search, and kept us grounded and anxiety-free during the entire process. She was always responsive and went above and beyond to keep in touch with us (at one point, even having to take time off a family vacation to put an offer together!). We ended up with a great house in a wonderful neighborhood. She was able to suggest possible value adds to the house as well. She is experienced, committed, and has a great team working with her. We appreciate you, Sarah!

Our family recently had the pleasure of working with Sarah Ellis to purchase a home and sell our own. The purchase of the home had to potential to be difficult as it involved land and accessory buildings in addition to the home and splitting up the transaction with surveys for the use of 1031 exchanges. Sarah was absolutely the best person to have on our side in all of this. She was professional, so very knowledgeable of all of the moving parts, she provided the discretion and privacy that was important to us and she fought for us - all the while not breaking a sweat. We could not have asked for someone better to be with us and guiding us along in the process. Sarah also exhibited the same professionalism, knowledge and excellent communication skills when it came time to sell our own home. In a tricky, fast-moving market, she had timing down to a science and her superb communication and support had our house sold before we could blink. I cannot recommend Sarah Ellis enough. She knows what she is doing and is very good at it. In this crazy market, she is hands-down what you need in a realtor.
