Mary Catherine is the best! We have been searching for awhile for our perfect place to call home and she was with us the whole time! Everything went smoothly because of her! We have bought, sold, and bought again with her. We won’t use anyone else.

Mary Catherine did a phenomenal job in assessing, evaluating and selling our home. She was on it from the very minute we listed with her and until the end of contract negotiations. We have never worked with a better agent and recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate. Thanks Mary Catherine.

Mary Catherine has been, and continues to be a fantastic Realtor. She's been a step, and often several steps, ahead in all matters regarding the sale of one home and the purchase of another home. I don't think we would have purchased the home we just closed on without her guidance and anticipation/resolutions of several potential problems. She's been wonderful to work with, both as seller and buyer.  She's very professional with a personal touch. We highly recommend her whether buying and/or selling. As far as we are concerned, she's the best!

This was the first time we ever sold a home, so we were quite nervous about the process. Researching realtors who had sold similar properties in our area, we found Mary Catherine Smith and are extremely happy we did. She was very attentive, patient, proactive, and easy to work with. We really appreciated that she had ideas for what could be done with the house if a buyer wanted something different (e.g., turning a small bedroom into a laundry room). She came over multiple times to advise us on what to do to prepare the house for sale (and importantly, what she did not think was worth doing). She knows the Five Points area of Athens very well, and was up to date on all the houses being bought and sold, which helped us land on a great listing price. The photographs and brochures she had done were stunning and really highlighted all the home has to offer. We received a great offer in a matter of days. Mary Catherine kept us up to date of all the milestones between the offer and the closing date, and everything went very smoothly. Mary Catherine also was the listing agent for my mother’s house around the same time and did a similarly stellar job for her too. I can’t imagine a better listing agent to work with.

Mary Catherine did an outstanding job selling our house. She found the buyer, got us asking price, and helped us through the process. She was a calming presence with her knowledge, attentiveness, and connections to all we needed. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

Mary Catherine is amazing! We got a tip that a house in the neighborhood we wanted “might be listed” soon. She was able to get us in the house to view it and negotiated the contract within 72 hours. She has also been very helpful with questions about school and Athens in general. I highly recommend her!
