Made it super easy to find a home. Everybody else stressed us out. But you made it super easy. Thank you.

The Agent was wonderful to work with!

Jan spencer was absolutely hands down the best realtor my wife and I have ever had the good fortune of working with. She worked diligently and continuously searching to find a home that was a good fit for us. It wasn't a walk in the park for her or us given our wants list, but she stuck in there with us working with us to try to accommodate our exatensive wish list. she was also honest and helpful with us when we were being really super picky and helped us to figure out the difference between what we needed, what we wanted, and what we could afford and we are so grateful for it. After three years spending nights scouring the Internet to find a listing we would call our home, and several viewings later. She found us the one. At first we were a little bit hesitant, but she saw the potential in it, and it wasn't long before we did too and now, we absolutely love our home. To sum it jan was awesome, she was a joy to work with, she was positive, honest and helpful and was always quick to get back in touch with us if we couldn't reach her directly. She stayed with us for so long even though I sure at times we could be quite a pain the bottom line is this. We loved working with Jan Spencer she is wonderful realtor and we would use her again with out a single moments hesitation.

I would highly recommend Jan Spencer for your Realtor needs. It's very stressful when you begin the process of selling a home and relocating. You need someone you can talk openly with and know that person is listening. You also want to have your questions answered in a timely manner, without fear of being pushed into doing something you don't want to do. You want to be a part of every decision. With Ms. Spencer, she offers her advice and suggestions , then she listens to you, and together you make the necessary decisions. She is someone you can trust with your home.

Jan Spencer is a talented, dedicated and motivated broker. I have worked with her on both buying and selling property and can attest to her integrity and ability. I do not hesitate to highly recommend her.

I use Jan’s realty service because of her extensive experience and honesty; I have built many town hones over the last severe years and Jan sold 90 % of them. If you want your home sold without any problems Jan Spencer is your Realtor.

If you want a person with absolute integrity who cares about her clients, Jan is the perfect person to list your home.

I Really can't to tell you how "GREAT" a job Jan has done (and is doing) for us. We are thrilled. She is knowledgeable and never misleading or out for personal aggrandizement. She never has tried to persuade us to keep lowering our price. Jan is very pleasant, yet aggressive enough to call the realtor of the purchasing party to encourage him to keep us informed. She would field questions at any reasonable hour. She has worked extremely well with the builder in order for us to achieve the things we needed in our new home. I have worked with a lot of realtors in my life but Jan is "SUPERIOR TO ANY" !
