Vili was an absolute hero to work with. I cannot recommend her enough! As first time buyers we were nervous and frequently overwhelmed by the process of purchasing a coop apartment. Vili was always responsive, kind and very patient, essentially holding our hand through all the ups and downs of the process. She was a fierce advocate when we were initially rejected and fought hard for us at every turn. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful apartment and this is due in no small part to Vili. You could not ask for a better advocate and professional to support your dream. Thank you, Vili! We truly appreciate all that you did for us!

Vili Mirtcheva was the person who made our purchase possible. We had been rejected by the management company of the building four times for reasons we never understood. After the fourth denial we were ready to walk away and look for another property. Vili would not let us do that. In her words, "Let me give this one more try." We don't know what she said or did, but her determination and kind stubbornness are what made this deal happen. It was our first time buying and without Vili we would still be looking, I'm sure. Kind, patient and incredibly generous with her time and abilities, we couldn't have asked for a better representative for our real estate needs.

Ms Vili Mirtcheva did an Awesome job in helping Mr Fabian Kennedy sell his Condominium thank you very much Mrs Vili Mirtcheva. God bless from Rev Dr James R Jackson 🙏

Vili is an amazing agent. She was great to work with, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. Selling and buying a home was a long process, but she was there every step of the way. My family and I are truly grateful to have had her as our realtor, that now we think of her as family. If anyone is looking to buy or sell their home, Vili is who you want as your realtor!

Vili assisted me in purchasing a coop. From finding the coop, to signing the contract and securing The Board interview, Vili was always there for me. She always picks up the phone when I call her. This is my first purchase and as you can imagine I had many questions for Vili and if she did not have the answer, she would direct me to the right party . I highly recommend Vili because she is proactive and advocates on behalf of her clients. I am happy with the whole process and me and my family are now living in the coop that we liked.

Vili assisted me in both selling and buying my homes. I am one happy customer. Vili is knowledgeable, efficient and dedicated. She goes the extra mile to satisfy her clients' needs. She is on the top her game, a real pleasure to work with her.
