“I highly recommend Christopher Butt at Corcoran. I have been working with Christopher Butt over the past 5 years on renting our NYC condo on the UWS. My first time meeting him, I recognized that he was a great professional, and that he had my best interest in his recommendations. And never over promised. And as a result, I have had the best experiences with 2 of the best tenants anyone could imagine. But beyond the accomplishments of the rental contracts, you will become friends him! You will always be able to stay in contact for any contract, real estate guidance. And anything you want to talk about. I gave him 5 stars”
