I was moving out of the country & needed someone to take over my lease in the Upper West Side. I met with several agents but Dan was the only one who understood my level of urgency. His virtual staging of the property was beyond incredible! To my surprise the apartment rented in less than 2 weeks and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend Dan for anyone looking to rent, buy or sell in NY.

Dan was such a pleasure to work with when looking to buy our home. He was able to work around our schedule to see any open house we wanted to go to. Home buying can be a very stressful process and Dan made sure to make it as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Dan Sholomon for any and all of you real estate needs!

Dan is simply the best real estate agent in Manhattan. He provides unparalleled personal attention and makes sure your listings get the attention and showings that other agents simply can’t get. We used him to sell our property and have rented several of our apartments in New York with him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
