When we reduced the price he contacted previous prospects and advised them of the change. It was a long process but Tashiema was ready with suggestions and persistent to the end. We told him about selling the second property and I think the for sale sign went up with “contract pending “ on it. And the contract was signed immediately. And closed in 30 days.
