The best part of working with Kortney is that I forget she is my real estate agent. I always think I am talking to my good friend and simply discussing the steps and options needed to buy a new house. If Kortney doesn’t answer the phone immediately (she has other lucky clients), she calls back sooner than my girl friend would. She has made me feel that I am part of the Maddock family. Her advice is always spot on. She really listens to my thoughts and ideas (even occasionally changes her mind and agrees with my approach). You need to understand my ideas might be way out and border on - well you can guess. Suffice it to say she has saved me from myself with a smile, a laugh and most importantly logic. Kortney has helped an always stressful situation to be tolerable and even amusing with her pleasant manner, sense of humor and thorough knowledge of the ins and outs of buying/selling residential properties.
