Judy was the perfect realtor for us. Her excellent knowledge of the housing market and all about the business really helped us understand the system here in San Francisco. She explained really well and was always there for us when we needed her. The success of buying this particular house started when Judy suggested a short notice visit to see it....it was a Sunday just before my husband had to take a plane. If we hadn't done that, we would have probably been too late. In particular, she was extremely supportive when we had problems with the wire transfer to the escrow company and advised us really well. Judy also proactively informed us about everything to come after we owned the house, ie utilities, service companies etc. She also managed to calm us down when we got nervous about the bidding.
