We used Tyron Hooper to purchase our condominium in San Francisco this winter and he was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I interviewed several agents to see who would be the best choice based on their knowledge of the local market and ability to work with our family. Tyron stood out as the best fit: he came highly recommended from a friend, he understood how to work with both my father and I in a multi-generational purchasing situation, and he knew how to overcome roadblocks that we faced as first time SF residential buyers. We spoke with Tyron and then met with him in the city. He spent hours touring condos and answering our questions, as we began to centralize on finding the exact right neighborhood and the exact right complex four our situation. We were concerned that nothing would come available in our compressed timeline as we were in a 1031 exchange. Tyron understood our urgency and worked hard to find a property that fit our parameters and made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like gently walking my parents through the emotions of the process, while working with me to negotiate the price. When we finally went into contract, Tyron's work did not end there. We had a complex corporate structure which complicated our financing. Tyron opened up his rolodex and introduced us to several bankers and helped us find one that would do the deal! With all the craziness, he helped negotiate an extension on our due diligence period and made it all happen. He's a great connector of people. He put the sellers agent in contact with our banker to calm her jitters, while simultaneously working with us to keep things moving on track. Even after the transaction closed he spent the afternoon with me walking through move in rules and helped me interview rental agents. I'll recommend Tyron Hooper to everyone I know. I would enthusiastically recommend Tyron as an agent for anyone looking to sell their home in SF. He has very deep knowledge of the area and understands how the SF real estate market is unique. He was great at explaining everything as it was our first time selling a home and we had a ton of questions. He was helpful in identifying some minor improvements to the house and working with the staging company. On top of that, he had his own group of various contractors that he had worked with before and all of their prices were very reasonable. He also did most of the quoting and managing of them to get the work done. This was especially helpful since we weren't living there any longer so stopping by to meet with them all, let them in etc would have been very inconvenient.

Tyron was extremely knowledgeable about the market in Pacific Heights and had an excellent strategy on how to price the property to drive as many potential buyers to the open houses.
