Thank you David Ames for your service. What I appreciate most was your willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the hard work needed to get my house in good shape. The results were spectacular; beyond my expectation.

David Ames was a pleasure to work with. Selling our childhood home was stressful, but David was patient, thoughtful, organized and a great communicator. David was very knowledgeable of the neighborhood, understood the market and sold our house very quickly. We would use David again and would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in San Francisco.

David was amazing many years ago in helping me find the property and purchasing it. He was equally amazing, available, patient, helpful and always positive in this sale as well. There is no one better than David for San Francisco! This is not over statement, he really is THAT good.

Dave was particularly good at calming tenants, managers and owners down when silly and unexpected tenant issues arose at the last minute.
