We searched for a new home in south Florida for a couple of years before finally finding the right place. Courtney Kline was instrumental in helping us find our new home. We looked at several places and she was so patient, we never felt she was rushing us, she always made time for us. She gave us good guidance on the market and neighborhoods which was helpful since we are new to the area. She also helped tremendously through the purchase process, connecting us with top quality inspectors, and associated mortgage and insurance services. Overall, a hard-working agent who we highly recommend for her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market and process.
My husband and I were both very satisfied with Courtney. She was professional and informative, not like the last realistate agent we had who hounded us and yelled at me for not inclosing personal info she was not untiled to. \r\nWe would definitely use Courtney again and will let our friends know about here when and if they also decide to buy in this area.\r\nCarol Walton
