Betsy was very responsive, and put a lot of work into both getting our business and bringing the house to market. She is a newer associate and it felt at the time that perhaps had a bit less guidance to give on price than we might have wanted to be confident of our asking price, but it is hard to know if someone with more experience would have provided any better guidance: the market was very slow with few comparable in the months leading up to the sale. All worked out well in the end, and the speed of the sale was remarkable.
