Gabriella is kind and professional agent. She helped me through an extremely difficult closing with an HOA that made every step painful. She was always available and addressed so many stressful items for me that I just could not have handled without her expertise. You have a true asset with Gabriella.
Gabriella and her team were absolutely fantastic! They were always just a phone call or text away to answer my many questions or just to help me through the purchase process. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us! I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for personal attention during the process of buying and/or selling. I have dealt with many realtors and know that they all aren't so helpful and patient. Thank you Gabriella for getting me through all my ups and downs and helping to find us our new home!
Gabriella was incredible from start to finish. She opted into extra features for listing our house online. She got two offers during the first open house and advised us to hold a second (we got another offer). She priced our house right and it sold quick and for more than we expected. She was excellent negotiating with the buyer and agent as well. I believe her advise and follow through helped us gain thousands. We feel lucky to have worked with Gabriella and would recommend her to anyone.
Gabriella Thompson's knowledge and professionalism prompted us to ask if she would like to help us sell our home as well as possibly purchase the home we ultimately bought. She was extremely helpful answering all of our questions when we were looking to buy and provided us with everything we needed to make an informed decision. When showing our house, she priced our home correctly and took extra steps to make sure our open house was a success. Our home sold quickly and for more than what we would have gotten from another realtor. We are beyond pleased with everything Gabriella has done. She was on top of everything from following up with our bank and making sure we stayed on schedule to advising us on negotiations with the seller. She opted into additional features from the photographer that helped promote our sell our home online. She got two offers on the house the first day and STILL recommended we host a second open house the next day!!! She was phenomenal on all fronts and kept us updated on everything going on in the process. I have never felt more confidence in my decision as I am with working with Gabriella. Through out the whole process, even when discussing fees and commissions, Gabriella made my family feel comfortable to make an informed decision, we never felt pressured by her. She was transparent about all the fees and commissions and took the initiative to help close the deal in our favor. we feel lucky in finding her. Her incredible work ethic and follow through on all ends is why we will recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell their house.
