Wow. What an agent!

Susan's a real pro - pays close attention to every seemingly little detail. She will go to great lengths to make everything perfect, from timing, to sign placement to interior design. At a higher level, her experience shows with the strategy and counsel she applies/provides. She's fun and confident. Our sale required a lot of communications and adjustments, compared to others in our past. She was always available to help. Always. She has quick and extensive access to top-shelf resources: movers, warehouses, locksmiths, for example. She makes it so you don't have to worry. There were two or three points in the process where we thought "We wouldn't want anyone else representing us." There's more to say. But suffice it to say you won't find a better real estate professional.

Susan did an amazing job throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her.

Susan and her team are second to none! I trusted Susan to help me navigate the ever-changing Raleigh market to purchase my home quickly when relocating to the area and now a few years later when a new opportunity arose, I didn't think twice when it came time to list my property. She and her team are a one stop shop, and I can't speak highly enough about the knowledge and skillsets they bring to the table as they consistently exceed all expectations.

I feel so lucky to have found Susan! This was my second time buying a home, and I had none of the stress with Susan that I had with my first realtor. Exceptionally personable and reliable, Susan got answers to all my questions and gave me information and tips I didn’t know I needed. She works with a power team of organized and expedient lenders and lawyers, covering every base and saving me time and stress! I will work with Susan as long as she is in the business. I don’t think you could ask for a better realtor. I can’t wait to have Susan over in a few weeks to show her the place she helped me to secure!

I feel so lucky to have found Susan! This was my second time buying a home, but this time around I had none of the headaches I had with my previous realtor. Susan is attentive, personable, and made me feel like I was her only client. She knew the answers to most of the questions I had, and quickly found out the ones she was unsure of. Working together was fun and stress-free. Susan works with a power team of lenders and real estate professionals that covered everything I needed. I can’t wait until we work together again, and hope to have her over when I’m settled to see the new place she helped me secure!

They helped us find our perfect home! Very professional and truly cared about our experience! Will always recommend them!

Susan and Sarah were a huge help when I bought my house. They listened to what I wanted and didn't want and helped me find the perfect house for me. They were there by my side through the entire process, explained what was going on and what the next steps were. I never felt alone or like I didn't know what was happening. They were fantastic!!! After I bought the new house they were also instrumental in helping me sell my town home. They started spreading the word that it was going to come up for sale so when it did get on the market we went under contract almost immediately. As with the process of buying my house, the selling side went smoothly as well. We got top dollar and were able to close quickly.

Bashford is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and can explain all the ins and outs of buying a home in terms that make sense for those unfamiliar with the process. This was our first home-buying experience, and I'm so glad we were able to work with someone who cared so much about making this a positive one!

Susan is phenomenal! Very proactive and responsive. Highest level of service and professionalism! A dream to work with!!! She guided us through the process of purchasing the lot and providing great referrals for house scraping.

Susan and Sarah are a wonderful team. They really were patient and helped us thru the process of purchasing our first home. What a great experience. We would recommend them for any experienced or first time home buyer.
