Dianne Drinkwater deserves far more than five stars. Our first meeting was via email, and it was crystal clear that Dianne understood what we were trying to accomplish. Dianne is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. We did our first house hunt on a Friday and by the next day she had shown us exactly what we had requested. We made our decision that Saturday. Dianne was always available to answer questions and guide us in the right direction. We will recommend her to everyone we know/meet. She has gone above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations. Dianne listened to our desired home description and community expectations and was right on target with the first community she showed us. She then took the time to show us other homes/developments and over a two-day period found us the house we needed. It turned out to be the community she showed us first. After we went to contract Dianne went above and beyond to assist not only with our needs regarding the new house but also was essential in assisting us with getting our existing house to close and was instrumental in finding us a rental until we could close on the new house.

Dianne made sure she communicated with me continuously, even though there was a three hour time difference with me being on the West coast and Diane on the East coast. Top notch experience!
