Karen Fossli is an excellent agent who guided us through a somewhat difficult home sale. Throughout the process of selling our home, we saw the character, knowledge and capabilities of some of the real estate agents operating in our community and Karen is many times better at her job than the agents I saw representing the potential buyers of our home. Her knowledge of the market and correct processes and procedures is fantastic! I would highly recommend anyone selling their home have Karen represent them.
