Keri really went out of her way in the times/ hours to sell my house and made sure I understand what the process was to go thru to sell my house. It took 5 yrs of waiting for my mother estate to be settled so I could move on with my life by selling my house any moving back to mason city

I came from out of town looking to make a move and attended an open house last Sunday for a property being showcased by real estate agent Keri Boneschans. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Each question I had about the property, she answered thoroughly and with clear expertise. It was evident that she had done her homework and seemed familiar with the home and its surrounding area. Beyond her professional competence, Keri created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making me feel instantly at ease. Her friendly vibe gave the impression that I had known her for years. This ability to connect with people on a personal level is a valuable asset and speaks volumes about her character.

Keri was very exceptional. She made the home buying process go as smoothly as possible, as a first time home buyer. The process can be overwhelming at times, but thankfully Keri was very patient and guided me through the challenges we encountered. Highly recommend and will continue to do business with her.

Keri is the best realtor she has went above and beyond for my mom and found her a house that she loves. We love Keri and definitely always recommend her to be your future realtor.
