Julie has been a friend for years and has spent much time at my home. I knew she would one day list our home when the time was right. As we walked through each room, we discussed what needed to go and stay. She was quite pleased with how it was staged and had some creative ideas to add a little pizzazz! We worked together on writing the listing and overall, with results nailed the first person to view our home. Yay!!! Julie was always professional and honest and extremely informative. We were able to separate our friendship from her duties as our selling agent and she aced it!
I would recommend Julie Dayton to anyone wanting to sell their home or looking for a new one. She is a hard worker and results show.
Julie was much more than a realtor. She brought me boxes, found people I needed for specific jobs, gave spot on advise! I ALWAYS felt she was steering me in the right direction both in purchasing and selling. Sometimes she had to give me a little push to get things done and believe me I'm the kind of person that needs that! Timing IS everything! I was able to purchase a condo within 24hrs. and sign a contract on the sale of my former condo in about a day. Thank you Julie for going the extra miles and making this difficult process much easier!
