I cannot say enough about April, and her team! She was recommended by a neighbor and I am so thankful for that!. April assisted with my purchasing a home in Knoxville, including introducing me to a financing contact to help with the mortgage and well as a contractor to help with repairs. We now just closed on the house I sold in Sevier county. I will never use another realtor in this area if the need ever arises and I recommend her to any/all contacts I have!

She listened closely to our requirements in looking for a house and set us up to receive email notifications when homes fitting our requirements came on the market. When we found one we wanted, we were able to reach her immediately with a phone call - an important asset for buyers in the tight seller’s market that we were in. Homes were being snapped up for $50,000 or more over asking. Praise God, we were able to find one that checked all of our boxes at just $1,000 over asking and it was available in the timeframe we needed it. We trusted April to do a walkthrough and we bought from out of state site unseen. When we finally saw it in person on move-in day we were delighted. Our home, neighborhood and location to shops couldn’t be better. She even found a fabulous real estate agent in our old neighborhood who helped us sell our old house. I highly recommend April and her team!

I just happened to find April through a FB group. She was so wonderful to talk to and didn't make my dream of getting my large family moved across the country impossible. She would video tour homes with me which was awesome! Her husband would tell me if a home needed way too much work or if it was just cosmetic things. They were very honest and would show me the neighborhood too. Very responsive and willing to drive anywhere. Their knowledge and skill is what helped secure our home in Tennessee. She was there to walk me through every step and let me know if there were things I needed to complete. She would check on us daily on our drive from California to Tennessee to make sure everything was going well and we were safe. I had a breakdown in the store because it is just a lot of emotions when moving that far. She was on the phone with me in a hot second calming me down and when we met to sign papers I finally met her in person and got a big hug from her. She wasn't just there for us in purchasing the home and signing the papers, she is still there for us 3 years later. She wasn't just our realtor she became a good friend and then became family! I love her and her husband for the amazing work she does and the caring and compassion they put into every client.
