I’ve already given her name to friends here in Ohio looking for lake property. Anita is amazing! She listens to what your needs/wants are, thorough, and attentive to details.
I have worked with a number of real estate agents over the years. I will say I was most impressed with Anita's patience, responsiveness and exceptional attention to detail. She is a true advocate for the client. As my buyer agent she sought out details about property history that I would have never known about. She provided useful guidance in preparing a competitive offer that ultimately was accepted by the seller of the home I purchased. As my seller agent she provided extremely helpful guidance in preparing my home for an expedient sale. I would clearly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home.
