We truly enjoyed working with Ali for the second time. Ali is very genuine, honest, listens to what you are looking for and want, hard working and is always willing to help you with whatever you may need or want. Ali is a true sweetheart and would recommend her and Wallace Reality.
Ali is the best relator me and my fiancé could’ve asked for. She helped us find our dream home and never rushed or pushed us to do anything out of our comfort zone. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are represented well. We also got the most sweet gift at our closing. THANK U, ALI!
We met Ali early in our quest to move from a Midwest state to Tennessee. Ali was so wonderful to work with while we searched for a home in the Knoxville area. She did a great job connecting with us and learning about our "must haves and can't stands" for a home to enjoy in our retirement years. We very much appreciated Ali's professionalism, flexibility, care, and kindness throughout the entire process!
Ali Jones was a joy to work with! She was professional, diligent, prompt, personable, honest and really listened to what our needs were and what our time frame was in looking for a home and came through for us. We truly would recommend Ali Jones and Wallace Real Estate to anyone.
Ali was great to work with, and honestly, the first positive experience we have had with a realtor in TN. She was on time and proactive with getting everything done including following up with the mortgage company.
Ali was absolutely amazing. She made the entire process as painless as possible and always kept our best interest a priority. She kept us informed the entire way and was always willing and able to answer any questions we had. Honestly cannot say enough good things about her!
It was a pleasure working with Ali on the sale of our home. She was always available for any questions we had and got back to us in a very timely manner with all the paperwork !!! Would definitely recommend Ali to anyone looking to buy or sale a home !!
Absolute dream . Ali stayed in touch with us from beginning to end. Answered all of our questions no matter how big or small . Explained each step in detail with instructions and exceptions .
Ali is very knowledgeable and we relied on her skills when making decisions throughout our process. We will be recommending to all family and friends .
We be reaching out to her when making future housing decisions.
Ali was great through the whole process and was very helpful with things I did and didnt know as I was a first time home buyer. Would definitely recommend.
