We found Ilona to be an excellent agent. She was very friendly and explained herself very well and certainly made sure we understood the process we were going to go through in selling a house. She looked after preparing everything we needed and advised us on the details we needed to supply for the sale. There were some issues with potential purchasers that she handled and advised us with resolving.
