I did not have a plan to buy a home – I was a long-time renter and had never owned a home before. I was in my last rental duplex for 8 years and did not have plans to move. My landlord’s circumstances changed and he notified me that I needed to vacate the duplex property as he had plans to sell his property. I was overwhelmed, but began searching for a new rental property. In the 8 years I was renting, rental prices had increased tremendously, and I was not certain renting was my best option. I also did not want to move and did consider purchasing the duplex I was renting. I knew I had many decisions to make, but the whole process was new to me and I was uncertain of my next best steps. I reached out to friends and family for ideas. One of my friend’s has a sister that is a realtor in Oregon. She did what she could advising me from a distance. The process seemed SO overwhelming! I began attending Open Houses. I wanted to see what was available in the current housing market. At one of the open houses I attended I met Annie and Bryce Wagar. I asked them many questions hoping to learn something from their knowledge and expertise while at the Open House. They shared information about a special loan deal being run by Gesa Credit Union. They also shared the name of a loan officer that they would recommend working with. Even though they were not my agents at the time I felt they had a genuine interest in sharing their expertise in the Real Estate world. I knew I needed to find a local agent to work with, so I contacted my friend’s sister and asked her to reach out to Annie and Bryce to see if they would be willing be my agents. Within a few days they were able to set up a meeting. From the beginning it became apparent that Annie and Bryce cared about my unique situation. We discussed ALL my options in detail during our first meeting. Ultimately we decided my best option was to work toward becoming a first time homeowner. I found this process to be SO overwhelming! Annie and Bryce were truly the best Realtors I could have hoped for. Their patience and ability to explain every step insured I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. They simplified and clarified the process making the home buying journey less daunting. Their genuine care and dedication made this overwhelming process feel easy. Annie and Bryce provided honest advice on every property we viewed. They didn’t just try to sell me a house, they took time to try and understand my needs. Working with Annie and Bryce was an absolute pleasure! They went above and beyond providing knowledgeable insights and expert advice with a smile. They were incredibly patient with my endless questions and answered texts quickly and efficiently. From our first meeting to the closing process, Annie and Bryce were by my side offering guidance and reassurance. I love my new home! Annie and Bryce work as a team bringing different skills to the table that compliment each other perfectly. They are honest, trustworthy and genuinely care about their clients’ happiness. Annie and Bryce truly love what they do. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of an agent. I am so grateful for their expertise. Their help over the past few months was invaluable.

Selling a home is a huge decision, and I’m so glad I had Annie by my side throughout the process. From the very start, Annie brought a level of professionalism and expertise that put me at ease. She took the time to understand my goals, kept me informed, and answered every question. Annie’s knowledge of the market was invaluable; she helped me price my home competitively, and her strategic approach to marketing attracted serious buyers from day one. The whole process was seamless, from staging to showings, and she managed the offers and negotiations with incredible skill, getting me a deal that exceeded my expectations. What really set Annie apart, though, was her genuine care. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported, communicating clearly and frequently, and advocating for my best interests every step of the way. If you’re looking for a realtor who’s not only exceptional at what they do but also truly cares about your experience, I can’t recommend Annie enough. She’s the real deal, and I’m grateful to have had her in my corner.

Annie and Bryce were the most incredible real estate team to work with. Their combined experience and love for the work they do truly shows. They made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire selling and buying process, answered our many questions quickly and thoroughly, expertly negotiated, and helped us get the best deal possible. They gave very valuable advice while always letting us make our own decisions, not once did we feel pushed into a decision, but felt very supported in the ones we made.
