Robin did an excellent job. She was always communicating what was going on through through the different steps of our home buying process to not just us but also the sellers and seller's agent, which helped speed the process up and ease the seller's concerns with our loan type. She was on top of documents and updates with our lender, inspectors, appraiser etc. We never had to ask her where we were in the process or what timeline we could expect. She was always able to schedule multiple showings around the same times so we did not feel that it took all of our time. Through this process we came to really know and feel that she was on our side and was going work hard for us to get us not only the house we wanted, but get it closed quickly. Her work ethic and knowledge are unmatched. I cannot say enough great things about working with Robin. We will recommend her to anyone and will be using her in our next home adventure, when that time comes.
