Wow- Okay- where to start! I first met Kelley about 10 years ago when she helped me and my family out of a challenging real estate transaction with a “les than inspired” agent. Kelley stepped up and leaned in and helped us run across the finish line! So when the inkling of moving took hold, there was no question in our mind who to call. In February/March we invited Kelley over for initial discussion and a loose game plan. Her vision for our current home was spot on and exactly what we wanted to hear. Within about a month we had met contractors and subcontractors who were incredibly helpful to transform our residence to a home! Kelley’s rolodex (showing my age? (Smile)) was deep with highly qualified, highly skilled and highly ethical colleagues. The vision became a reality! These changes allowed our investments to be maximized and everything worked together to create a beautiful home that was ready for market by early July. Pictures, market analysis and skilled negotiations led us to a “higher than Zestimate and Reator.com” valuations- by about 10%. But Kelley knows this market and the product that she had to sell. We stayed the course. Within 10 days, we got several offers and accepted the winner!… and we got the offer we sought! We finished Strong and ran across the finish line. Were there bumps along the way? Of course. But fluid and desiccant communication led to the best path and, ultimately, the goal that started 6 months before as an “inkling”.
