Jonathan was very informative, and very reasonable in addressing concerns with homes we initially suggested. Helping my wife and I to avoid wasting times with listings that wouldn't have fit for us. When we found the right listing, it had been posted online for 20 minutes. Jonathan was quick to get us a viewing. The next day Jonathan was showing my wife and I the home and continued the trend being very informative. As a first time home buyer when I first new I wanted the home, Jonathan was an excellent knowledgeable coach. Jonathan also had a network to get us a fantastic inspection that my wife and I continue to reference as we check things off our home improvement checklist. Jonathan was ever present, ever available, and ever flexible. Jonathan was open to questions that my novice home buyer mind was inclined to ask, and if I was close to a concept Jonathan informed me of realistic standards and goals. My wife's wishes were also advocated for, even so far as to the cleaning of the home before closing being done professionally. The seller's agent was difficult at times, and unconventional. Jonathan was selfless in the pursuit of our home. Our family felt secure in the purchase, and supported every step of the way, and even after when we continued to have questions. I suggested him to my brother already, and would suggest him to anyone I heard was in the market for a home!
