We had a great experience working with Kel on our VA Home Loan! As a veteran, I wanted someone who really understood the ins and outs of VA financing, and Kel delivered. He was professional from our very first conversation, clearly explained our options, and walked my wife and I through every step of the process without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He was responsive whenever we had questions, proactive about keeping us updated on where things stood, and made what can be a pretty stressful process feel manageable. It’s clear he takes pride in helping people get into a home the right way. If you’re looking for a loan officer who’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely professional, I’d recommend Kel without hesitation.
