I had the opportunity to work with Andrew Cannon and The Pollicino Team at CMG Home Loans on a recent real estate transaction, and he was excellent from start to finish. This particular buyer was utilizing a first-time homebuyer grant program, which added some additional steps and moving pieces to the mortgage process. Andrew was extremely thorough, knowledgeable about the financing and grant requirements, and—most importantly—great at communicating throughout the transaction. As a Real Estate Agent, communication between the real estate agent and mortgage lender is incredibly important to me. Andrew was quick to answer whenever I had a question, kept everyone informed as we moved through the mortgage process, and consistently followed through on the timelines and deadlines that were established. There are a lot of moving parts between an accepted offer and closing, especially when you’re coordinating mortgage financing, grant programs, inspections, appraisal, underwriting, and closing deadlines. Andrew did a great job keeping the lending side organized and moving forward. I would absolutely recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a mortgage lender, especially first-time homebuyers who want someone communicative, thorough, and willing to explain the financing process along the way.

Andrew Cannon had to step in to a loan process that was going on since July. There was low Fico scores due to debt consolidation, Also there was a 12/23/25 closing cancelled with no explanation by the previous loan officer. Andrew Cannon was able to finalize this loan and have the closing without delay,

Andrew was incredibly helpful and personable through this entire process. He made understanding very difficult information so east. I would use him again and recommend him to all!

I have had the pleasure of working with Andrew the past few months during my house hunting experience. He was extremely thorough, and explained everything so I could understand perfectly. On top of all of that, Andrew is so friendly and also professional. When he said “call me anytime you have questions”, he meant it. His communication is beyond what I expected - he made sure to update me whenever and almost immediately anytime there was a change.I could not have asked for a better experience or better person to work with! He made a tedious process so simple and reassured me whenever I needed clarification
