ABOUT ME I absolutely love what I do! My passion for real estate and living in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina began when I moved to the Asheville area from the Northeast as a child. Helping others has always been my calling, and I found my true purpose in real estate-guiding my clients through one of the most significant investments of their lives. My goal is to provide personalized service, clear and honest communication, and sound advice, empowering my clients to make informed decisions. Highly motivated and organized, I consistently strive to exceed expectations and deliver a stress-free experience. When I'm not working hard for my clients, you'll often find me enjoying all that our stunning mountain region has to offer-hiking, biking, gardening, or exploring local music, events, restaurants, and breweries. I live in Mills River with my husband, Randy, our dog, Ellie, and two cats, Smokey and Josie. Together, we have hree adult children: Sam, Ryan, and Rosalyn. Since beginning my real estate career in 2012, I've been honored to rank as a top producer consistently. My experience spans working with both buyers and sellers across a variety of needs, including: • First-time homebuyers • Military/veterans • Investment properties • Cash buyers • Relocation • Retirees • Short sales and foreclosures • FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan transactions In addition to my practical experience, I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC and a master's degree in Travel and Tourism from NC State University in Raleigh, NC. I've also earned several advanced real estate certifications, including: • Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) • Military Relocation Specialist (MRS) • Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS) • Advanced Property Negotiator Certification This combination of education, certifications, and hands-on expertise allows me to provide a strategic, informed, and client-focused approach to every real estate transaction. It would be my absolute pleasure to assist you in your real estate journey. Whether buying, selling, or investing, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Contact me today to get started!
