We had a wonderful experience working with Gary! He made the stressful process go smoothly and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Gary was very attentive to details. Always willing to supply me copies of forms as my printer is not functioning at the moment. Held a couple open houses right after house went on market and we had an offer and sold it within weeks. Gary even helped me do a couple small repairs after the inspection!

Gary made the process from beginning to end very smooth for us! He was on top of his game all the way through this for us letting us know exactly what was going on all the way. He went above and beyond for us with every step. His service was exceptional and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home We are very thankful for his service. Please let him know that Thank you thank you

The entire process has been incredible! Gary has gone above and beyond in keeping us updated along the way and working with the other realtor and the Title company. In a time where it is taking an average of 83 days to accept an offer on your house, we accepted an offer in 61 days - and this was during December and January! I attribute that directly to Gary’s outstanding marketing skills. I highly recommend hiring Gary as your realtor. Kelly

Gary was so helpful! I appreciate all he did to help me with the sale of my dad’s estate.

Couldn’t have been better. Gary went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. He was at the center of everything we needed to have our home sold. We appreciated his hard work and dedication throughout the total process. Best realtor we have ever worked with. We would recommend him to anyone that needed a realtor.

Gary was very professional but also very personable and we feel we have new friends in he and his wife. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a good realtor.

We’ve known Gary for a long time, he’s a hard working, genuine person that does what he says he’s going to do. We didn’t interview any other realtors, we knew Gary was our guy. Every step of the way he kept us informed. Gave us great advice to help us thru the process. We will recommend him to anyone we talk to on our sale. He sold our house in 2 days!
