Her knowledge, dedication, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process so much easier and more enjoyable. Sarah was our agent and she was amazing! Her goal is to inform her clients. She is always making sure we don't have any questions with what our next step is and explains everything thoroughly. Text her late at night with a question and she will answer it first thing the next morning. We've never bought a home before so the whole process was new and confusing to us, but Sarah explained everything. Each step of the way, I would ask what was going to happen next and she tell us what to expect in different situations. I was not concerned about things being done correctly because I knew she was behind the scenes doing everything that needed to get done.
