Western North Carolina became home to my family in 2014 when we felt directed to leave Sarasota, Florida. This area's changing seasons, unparalleled beauty of the mountains and friendly people kept us here. Real estate has become my passion. I love building long term, lifelong relationships and finding that perfect home for those that trust me in their journey. My goal is to be their trusted advisor, advocate, champion and friend! Rising at the break of dawn to feed our retired horses and collect fresh eggs jump start my day. Working with the animals gives me the drive to make each day meaningful for those I serve. I am a very proud wife to my husband Michael and extremely proud Mom to our four grown children and "Mimi" to our grandchildren. Family time is the best and I am very grateful for every minute we have together. Their support and love fuels my passion for real estate and they are my best cheerleaders! Since real estate is my passion, I decided to join the Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks team because of their commitment to real estate and to the communities they serve. As well as being the #1 firm in NC/SC, the abundant tools, training and value they provide their agents and clients has contributed to the success of my business and my clients achieving their goals. My long career in sales marketing and management has proven to be a key in successful negotiations as well as attention paid to every detail. It has provided me an uncanny gift of communicating the fine points of structuring the "Listing" and "Offering" in English and Spanish. I understand selling and buying a home is a life changing experience which is why I am committed to providing exceptional, personalized service to all my clients to make achieving their real estate goal a reality! My commitment to building relationships and making their experience an enjoyable one is my priority. I am with you every step of the way!
