Alice Miller worked very hard to market, stage and present my home. It was not easy as it was an older home. She had excellent photos made that showed its best features. She is not only my agent but a friend as well.

Alice went above and beyond to get my house sold. Her advice about enhancement changes was invaluable and contributed to the eventual sale.

Exceptional! Alice went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy and as quick as possible. Her high level of knowledge for the business ensured the smoothest possible closing. Trusted her 100% with decisions because I knew she had my best interest at heart! She was 100% invested from day 1 until the very end and even checked in after to make sure everything was ok:)! I feel blessed to have had her leading the way and guiding me through the purchase of my first home!

Alice was/is very professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were an out of town buyer, so Alice assisted us with all matters regarding the builder, closing, local references, etc. She checked in on us after closing to make sure moving, and after closing issues with the builder had been addressed and/or are being addressed. We highly recommend Alice.

Alice worked with us over several months on more than one trip we made to check out several areas, and in helping us work through the process of what we felt was our checklist on what we wanted in a retirement home. She was extremely patient in answering all our questions and concerns in a professional, sensitive manner. She exceeded our expectations and went out of her way to accommodate us. I would recommend Alice in a heartbeat to anyone.

The Parkway Loop property listed at 8:30 AM on Friday the 13th and we had a fully approved, full price offer by 6:30 PM that night. Alice did a great job setting up showings and putting our property out there. We are thrilled! We will recommend Alice Miller to all our family and friends!

Alice Miller was attentive, courteous and very professional! We would recommend her in a heartbeat to family and friends!

I wanted Alice because I could trust her and knew of her great experience and reputation, integrity and knowledge in selling homes. She also knew my parents and it was their house that my sister and I were selling. Alice was accessible and available every time we needed to talk or communicate! This was true throughout the sale process. The professional work and care Alice gave to our family to sell this house was truly outstanding! From our first meeting to meeting after we signed closing documents, Alice gave us her full attention to every detail, communicated about details and expertly sold our house, for the price we wanted and in record time! We are very thankful we had Alice Miller as our real estate broker/agent and she was the perfect, and easy-to-talk-to person for our unique family home sale.!! Alice handled everything, all the above, very well, just perfectly for our family.

Alice was very helpful with our journey to buy a house in Hendersonville. She was great to recommend local people to help with cleaning, carpet removal, etc. I felt very comfortable asking Alice for anything we needed.

Our land purchase journey with Alice was like a roller coaster ride due to circumstances beyond her control. She communicated with us every step of the way and we were so pleased when we were finally able to make our purchase. We highly recommend Alice for any real estate expertise!
