Since this is not my first home purchase, I know that the service provided by Michelle Collins was the very best available. Her responses to my questions and requests for information were always prompt and clear. She facilitated the buying process with evidence of much experience and knowledge of the Spokane market. I watched her communicate expertly with the seller's agent, and get my questions/concerns addressed. But the most important aspect of working with Michelle is her warmth and kindness. I felt like I had an expert friend on my team!
